This course is organized on the basis of combination of computer technology with textile and clothing engineering. Through the study of the course, students should grasp the use of textile and clothing CAD software. The course mainly introduces the pattern design, grading design, layout design and three dimensional fitting based on clothing CAD. Multimedia technique is applied in this course and the operation method of clothing CAD is demonstrated directly on the computer. Students are also trained in the Lab with different CAD systems to design textile and clothing products which form a solid foundation for their future work.

      本课程是一门计算机与纺织服装工程相结合的应用科学，通过该课程的学习，要求学生基本掌握纺织服装CAD软件的使用。课程主要介绍了服装CAD样板设计、放码设计、排料设计及三维试衣。课程教学采用多媒体方式，在计算机上直接演示纺织服装CAD系统的使用过程，安排学生进行实际设计练习，使学生能够掌握纺织服装计算机辅助设计的技术，为毕业后更快地适应企业工作打下扎实的基础。
