      This course is aimed at introduce the whole development process from design concept to detailed product into the market according to the fashion supply chain. And the methods, techniques and experience in the process including textile development and fashion design, are also presented with the corresponding tips of supply chain management and brand management. While, it will also help students to well understand the control strategy of the textile & fashion product development management process. By the description of interviews, photographs and case studies, this course will give more introduction of various occupations in fashion industry, special for their various roles and functions in order to make the students have more recognition and guidance of the occupations in fashion industry.

本课程是针对于时装产业链,向学生详细介绍从设计概念到产品投入市场的整个开发过程。其中包括织物开发和服装设计两个阶段,以及供应链管理和品牌运作所涉及的方法、技巧和经验。同时,还将帮助学生了解纺织和服装产品开发管理流程的控制策略。通过访谈,图片和案例研究相结合,进一步探讨行业内的各种职业的角色作用,从而对学生进行纺织服装行业的职业性认识指导。
