The course aims to give out brief introduction on textile composite materials. The general concepts and definitions related to textile composites are given. The application situations of composite materials, the structures and performance both reinforce material and ground materials are analyzed. The interface of composite materials in terms of concepts, characters and analyze methods are introduced. The three dimensional textile composites and production processes of textile composites are also introduced.

纤维复合材料是20世纪材料科学领域发展十分迅速的一类新材料，由于具有很大的材料设计自由度，可使之具有各种优异的综合性能，应用领域十分广泛。通过本课程的学习使学生了解和掌握纤维复合材料中主要的增强纤维、聚合物基体、复合材料界面、聚合物基体复合材料的成型工艺以及纺织结构复合材料和混杂复合材料方面的基本知识。
