Combining with the practices, this course systematically introduces the processing process and the management standards and methods of textiles. The procedures of textiles from raw materials to finished products are introduced detailedly, such as spinning, kitting & weaving, dying and finishing. The optimization of the logistics, the Deming Wheel and the best available techniques in the textile production are also been introduced. Through this course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the basic theoretical knowledge, management essentials and application methods of textile and clothing production management system to meet the great need of management personnel in textile and clothing industrial production.
